Second generation baker and perhaps one of the best.
At his 23 years old, he owns two bakeries at the city of Volos and he is in charge of the bakery chain “Petra”.
He is a representative of the effort for development and growth of the wood oven in Greece and he has partnered with one of the largest Greek oven construction company while also being the person who, many Greek flour industries, entrusted him with the consulting and the presentations of their products in new businesses and exhibitions.
His latest conquest is his role in educational process, as a teacher of bakery at a private school.
